
Last year wasn't a complete failure as I did manage to lose 36 pounds.
This 2010 I'm hopeful, and rid myself of alot of stress and toxins in my life. This will be my year.
How many times must I lose myself in order to live my best life? I'm like an old record, singing the same old song, over and over. My quality of life is fading, there are scratches, and I'm most likely warped!
